When you sign in with an email one-time passcode, submit a review or use the Request Centre, you may provide an email address, display name, ratings, review text, the time you accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, and contact or venue details needed for your request.

How we use it

We use this information to verify sign-in, handle review moderation and requests, display approved reviews, and keep the site secure and operating. Public reviews use only the display name you choose; if none is provided, they appear as “Verified visitor”.

User and third-party content

Venue information and images on this site include user-generated content (UGC) and third-party material for general reference. Inclusion does not mean PlayNow HK endorses or guarantees a venue, service or its content. For moderation and request handling, we treat listing text and images as user-contributed or third-party content.
